Integrity, friendliness, experience.
Roseanna
Martino has more than 25 years experience in bridal design,
restoration and custom fitting. She began her apprenticeship
working alongside her grandmother, an Italian designer in
Milan. Her formal education was completed at Florida State
University where she graduated with a B.A. degree in
Textiles and Design.
“Roseanna Martino, owner of The Altered Bride, cares about her clients so much that she ends up attending more weddings than a clergyman and often stays in touch with brides well into their married lives. Her personal attention and her handpicked assortment of gorgeous gowns (most are her own designs) are two the reasons that her store is always humming. Her staff is trained to treat brides like they've never been treated before, and they can be there on the big day to make sure everything is perfect. An on-staff seamstress makes for one stop shopping, and the Altered Bride is particularly adept at turning heirloom dresses into modern masterpieces. Martino's frankness ensures that you won't end up with a dress that's unflattering, but she's so sweet and capable that she's like the fairy godmother every bride deserves.”
